I signed up for my free trial - why don't I have access yet?

Hang tight - I personally send out access and you'll hear from me within 24 hours. If you haven't already, make sure to complete your waiver here. Once that's done, I'll get you set up and moving.

My password isn't working - what should I do?

No worries. Class passwords change every Sunday when new classes go up. Check your most recent email for the current password. If something still isn't working, just reach out and I'll help you sort it out.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Easy. Just email me at least 24 hours before your next payment and I'll take care of it.

Do I need any special equipment?

All you need is a mat - and even a towel works in a pinch. Classes are designed so you can move wherever you are, without extra equipment.

I have an injury or need modifications - can I still participate?

Yes. I recommend booking a 1-on-1 first so we can talk through what's going on and find options that feel right for your body. From there, you can take classes with confidence and adjust as needed. If something doesn't feel right, skip it - you know your body best. Bring questions to your next session and we'll work through them together.

How often are new classes added?

New classes go up every Sunday. I rotate out the oldest classes so you'll always have three fresh options per style - simple, balanced and easy to choose from.
