The Method
The MoveWell Method was created to provide you with accessible, form-focused classes that you can fit into your life anytime, anywhere. As a member, you'll have access to a library of pre-recorded classes across our four distinct styles – Power, Control, Flow, and Release - each designed to bring balance and variety to your movement routine. Every Sunday, a new video for each style is added and the oldest is rotated out so you'll always have three options per style. This structure keeps your practice fresh and challenging while removing decision fatigue. No equipment required – just a mat.
The Instructor
Katrin Denson is a certified yoga and pilates instructor and has a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology – Movement Science. She has years of experience teaching group classes and working with individuals 1-on-1. Katrin has worked with a wide range of populations from varsity athletes to individuals with neurological conditions and those rehabilitating injuries. Her passion is helping people enjoy movement in a functional, sustainable way – preventing injuries and keeping people strong, mobile, and able to do the activities they love.
The Classes
Power – a high-intensity, circuit-based fitness class designed to increase your heart rate and build power and strength.
Control – a low-impact, pilates-inspired class that builds body awareness, strengthens your core, and engages deep stabilizer muscles.
Flow – a vinyasa yoga class with intentional sequencing, focused on moving with your breath and calming your mind.
Release – a yin yoga-inspired class designed to release tension, relax your muscles, and calm your nervous system.
The 1-on-1's
One challenge of online pre-recorded classes is that there isn’t someone there to answer your questions or give feedback. That's where our 1-on-1 sessions come in. You can schedule a time with our instructor for personalized guidance. Use these sessions to check your form, get modifications for injuries, and move through a customized session designed to progress you towards your goals. These sessions will help you improve technique, understand modifications and progressions and ensure you are getting the most out of your practice and our program.
